I wish people would make up their mind about Barry Bonds trainer. It seems every other week he’s either in jail or out of jail. The story is starting to get old and I’m sure Greg Anderson is tired of being a yo-yo too. I think if Anderson knew all he was going through he would been better off to just testify.
It would not surprise me after Barry Bonds retires Greg Anderson writes a book about what he knows, because then It won’t matter because Bonds will be out of baseball.

A pitch hit the Philadelphia Phillies All Star second baseman, Chase Utley. He broke his hand and should be sitting for about one month. Abraham Nunez will most likely play second base for now. This is a major loss to the Phillies. He is hitting .336 with 41 doubles, 17 homers and 82 RBI. The Phillies have been playing pretty good baseball and might make the playoffs. Chase Utley said that he should be back before 1 month. If he does come back that soon that would be very good for the Phillies. I think the Phillies will make the playoffs. Look for them to be pretty good the rest of the season. Hopefully their star slugger comes back soon.

After winning a NCAA National Baseball championship what more could Texas really do this year? How about repeating as champion. The Longhorn baseball team is ranked number one in the first poll that is out this season and is the favorite to win it all again this year.
Florida is second in the poll followed by Clemson, Rice and Cal State-Fullerton. Texas brings back 14 letterman from a team that was 56-16 including pitchers Kyle McCullough and Adrian Alaniz who were a combined 20-7. Texas also has four field starters back who hit .300 or better last year.

Now that I hope I have the attention of Ontgolf.ca readers, I am going to focus on writing a series of golf swing mechanic tips that revolve around creating more power and distance. Additionally, I hope to subliminally create a superior knowledge of proper swing mechanics for those reading that would only listen if it was about hitting it farther.
Is there any sport that people play that more power would not be an asset? There must be some, but none that actually interest me, and those with power and distance surely appear to be the most attractive to the boys having a few while watching the big screen at the 19th hole.
