The opposite seem true and you could tell it from day one. he wasn’t ready to play and that’s why he’s going home.

The Tampa Bay Lightning won the NHL draft lottery held Monday night in New York.
The Lightning will draft first overall in the NHL draft at Ottawa on June 20.
The lottery is a weighted system used to determine the order of selection in the upcoming draft, with the 14 non-playoff teams competing.
That said, only the five teams with the lowest point totals in regular-season play got a crack at the first overall pick, with the Lightning having the best shot at 48.2 per cent.
