Landis didn’t learn his lessons very well as he has tested positive for drugs in his system. This is a real black eye for cycling, the United States and the Tour De France.
It makes me wonder how many more are guilty of this crime but just hasn’t been caught yet. I’m sure it runs real deep and will continue to happen until the sport polices itself which I don’t think that will ever happen.
